- B. Voc. in Hotel Management (Duration – 3 Years) – B. Voc. in Hotel Management is a Degree course that emphasizes in developing the skill and knowledge required to be a hospitality professional. The course cover all major departments of the hotel including Kitchen, F & B Service, Front Office and Housekeeping. The Course also includes the Management and Foreign language subjects. As per the New Education Policy, the course has multiple exit system.
- Diploma in Hotel Management (Duration – 1 Year) – One year Diploma in Hotel Management is a short term Hotel Management Course. The students acquire the operational skills and knowledge related to hotels and restaurants.
- Diploma in Food production (Duration – 1 Year) – The course is specially designed for the student interested to learn Cooking and aspire to become a Chef. The course includes six month classroom training ( Both Theory & Practical) and six months industrial exposure in a hotel.
- Dip. in Food Production & Bakery (Duration – 1 Year) – The course cover culinary art skills as well as bakery skills.
